We collect the following types of personal data: • Identification data: full name, identity document (DNI/CUIT), date of birth, nationality. • Contact data: email address, phone number, postal address. • Financial data: banking information necessary to process investments and returns, transaction history on the platform. • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device used, pages visited, time spent on the site. • Voluntarily provided data: messages sent through the contact form, inquiries and communications.

3. Purpose of data processing

We use your personal data for the following purposes: • Managing your registration and account on the platform. • Processing and managing your investments in real estate crowdlending projects. • Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, including the regulations of the National Securities Commission (CNV) and the Financial Information Unit (UIF). • Communicating with you regarding your account, investments, and platform updates. • Improving our services, analyzing site usage, and optimizing user experience. • Preventing fraud and illicit activities.

The processing of your data is based on: • Your express consent when registering and using the platform. • The execution of the investment contract binding the parties. • Compliance with legal obligations (Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, CNV and UIF regulations). • Our legitimate interest in improving services and preventing fraudulent activities.

The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory body of Law 25,326, has the authority to address complaints and claims filed by those affected in their rights.
