These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website kryventis.com and the services offered by Kryventis S.R.L. By accessing our platform, you accept these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, we ask that you do not use the site.

CNV Registry No. 1087 as a crowdfunding platform operator pursuant to Law 27,349.
2. Nature of the service
Kryventis operates a digital real estate crowdlending platform that allows investors to participate in the financing of projects related to the real estate sector in Argentina. The platform facilitates the connection between investors and real estate project developers, but does not act as a financial institution nor offer investment advice. Participation in real estate crowdlending projects involves inherent risks, including the possibility of partial or total loss of invested capital. Past returns do not constitute a guarantee of future results.
3. Requirements for use
To use the platform's services, you must: • Be at least eighteen (18) years of age. • Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. • Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. • Comply with current regulations regarding the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.
4. Registration and user account
To invest through the platform, it is necessary to create an account providing verifiable identification data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and all activities carried out from your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Investments and operations
Each project published on the platform includes detailed information about its characteristics, timelines, conditions, and associated risks. By making an investment, you accept the specific conditions of that project. Investments are formalized through digital contracts that have full legal validity under current Argentine legislation. Kryventis does not guarantee the profitability of any project or the return of invested capital. The decision to invest is the exclusive responsibility of each user.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the website, including texts, graphics, logos, images, source code, and design, is the property of Kryventis S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by the intellectual property laws of the Argentine Republic and applicable international treaties. Its reproduction, distribution, or modification without express written authorization is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
Kryventis shall not be liable for: • Losses derived from investments made through the platform. • Technical interruptions or failures of the website. • Actions or omissions of real estate project developers. • Changes in regulations that affect the operation of the platform or projects. • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature. Kryventis' maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of commissions actually received by the company in connection with the transaction in question.
8. Data protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the platform, you consent to the processing of data in accordance with said policy and Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from the use of the platform, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Commercial Courts of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
10. Modifications
Kryventis reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect from the date of their publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after any modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
